Yasutomo Sumi Metallic Inks are made from pure vegetable oil soot with no additives or preservatives. This is a water-resistant ink that contains no shellac, dries to an iridescent finish, and partially absorbs into paper. This extremely colorful ink is ideal for calligraphy, sketching, and drawing, and can be used directly from the bottle or diluted with water to provide tones and washes.
