Returns

Thank you for shopping with us!!

If you’re not happy with your item(s) purchased you have up to 30 days from your purchase date to do a return as long as it follows our guidelines below.  If your purchase date is outside of the 30 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), examples include, but not limited to:

Any item not in its original condition, or which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 Business of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: The Art Store, 935 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse NY 13210

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the 48 continental states of the United States. Orders over $35 Ship for free. 

For orders under $35, we will find the most economical way to get your package to you via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

For our local, "store pickup" customers, we do offer curbside pickup as a complimentary service during these strenuous times of the global COVID-19 pandemic. To make use of this service, simply call us at 315-474-1000 ext. 111 upon arrival in our parking lot, and we will happily deliver your package(s) to your car! 


To return your product, you should bring or mail your product to: The Art Store, 935 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse NY 13210, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
