Speedball Screen Printing, Transparent Base, 8oz

Speedball transparent base is used to increase transparency in acrylic or textile screen printing inks and provide a sheer effect. It is ideal for use in designs where layered colors are meant to affect each other, providing a softer design, and more. To use, create a 10-15% mixture by weight of transparent base to your ink, and print. Transparent base does not affect the viscosity of your screen print ink or the consistency of the results.
