Every great artist starts with the fundamentals! Join local artist and beloved Art Store team member Sharon Blair for a foundational introduction to drawing, focused on the timeless medium of graphite on paper.
Whether you've never picked up a pencil, haven't drawn in years, want to strengthen your basic drawing skills, or are a painter looking to improve your understanding of drawing and composition, this class is a great place to start. Sharon will help you explore the building blocks of drawing, develop your observational skills, and build confidence with pencil and paper in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Drawing is at the heart of so many artistic practices, and strengthening these foundational skills can make a world of difference in your creative journey. No experience necessary! Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn!
All materials will be provided, so there's nothing to buy and nothing to bring. Just show up, grab a pencil, and get drawing!
