Higgins india inks are made from highly pulverized pigments suspended in a professional quality shellac solution. This creates a highly lightfast, waterproof ink that can be used on paper, board, and film, and can be applied using a brush, dip pen or airbrush. This ultra black ink may be used straight from the bottle or diluted with water to create a wide array of shades.
