Spend your Halloween morning getting creative with author and illustrator Sara Stedner, author of Magnificent Manga! In this relaxing, playful two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the wonderful world of inks while creating cute, spooky, and whimsical illustrations.
We’ll experiment with a variety of inks: acrylic inks, watercolor inks, pigment inks, and fountain pen inks...and discover how these different water-based and fluid media can bring drawings to life. Whether you’re completely new to ink or already love to draw, this class is a fun opportunity to try something new, explore how water media can enter the world of illustration, and enjoy some creative time before the big night begins!
All skill levels are welcome, and all materials will be provided. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to experiment. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderfully inky Halloween morning!
