Holbein linseed oil increases transparency, gloss, and drying time of your oil paints. To adjust to the exact finish or viscosity you desire, you can add to thin it out. It may appear cloudy when mixed with water, but the mixture will dry clear, and performance will be unaffected. This oil will not affect color brilliance and is ideal for use in glazing or wash effects.
