Gamblin Cold Wax Medium, 4oz

Gamblin Cold Wax Medium is made from pure, naturally white beeswax, Gamsol and alkyd resin that has been formulated to knife consistency and serves a variety of purposes in oil painting. This medium can be used with oil paint as a painting medium, increasing the thickness of oil colors to a soft paste(paint on rigid supports when using more than 1/3 wax medium), it can be used as a matting agent in oil colors and mediums(do not use more than 25% by volume), and as a removable matte varnish.
