The Little Class of Great Big Watercolors is a bold, joy-filled two-hour workshop led by beloved local artist and Art Store favorite Sharon Blair. Designed as the perfect “next level” experience for students who’ve taken Intro to Watercolor and/or Oh My Gouache, this class invites you to go BIG! Really big!
Working with water media on a GIANT sheet of paper, you’ll explore scale, movement, and expressive mark-making in a whole new way. Painting large frees up your creativity, builds confidence, and helps you think outside the box (and off the edges of the "usual" page!). Sharon will guide you through techniques that translate your existing skills into expansive, dynamic compositions. You will also experiment with great big brushes!
All materials are provided! Just show up ready to experiment, loosen up, and THINK BIG!
