Williamsburg Lead Oil Ground 16oz

Williamsburg Lead Oil Ground provides any chosen surface with the desired amount of tooth and absorbency for oil painting and contains a small amount of Titanium White to improve opacity and brightness. Oil ground can be applied directly from the can using a palette knife or trowel for smooth application and can be thinned for brush application. Undiluted oil ground does not shrink when it dries so you can achieve the same distinctive effects and qualities of oil paint on a variety of surfaces such as canvas, wood, fabric, board and more.

• A mixture of Basic Lead Carbonate and marble dust
• Ground in 100% alkali-refined linseed oil
• Contains no zinc or alkyd
