So, What Makes Series 7 Brushes So Different?

The Winsor & Newton Series 7 brush is considered to be one of the finest watercolor brushes in the world. It is hand crafted from Kolinsky sable hair, which is known for its fine point, spring, and ability to hold a large amount of color. The hair is carefully selected, shaped, and assembled by skilled craftsmen to ensure that each brush has the perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and control. The Series 7 brush is also designed with a seamless nickel-plated ferrule, which helps to protect the hair and maintain its shape. Additionally, the short, black polished handles provide a comfortable and secure grip, allowing the artist to have greater control and precision while painting.

Originally created in the 1800's for Queen Victoria, these brushes are now available to the public - the preeminent watercolor brush for the 21st Century and beyond!
