UVFX Reactive Medium can be used with transparent acrylics to make them glow under black light. When used on top of the color it creates cool highlights! When mixed with color they will glow! The medium goes on milky white, but dries clear, flexible with a matte finish. Great for making posters, banners, decorations for dances and Halloween.
